Dr. Archana Shrestha is a board-certified emergency physician, certified life coach, and Chief Wellness Officer with over 10 years of experience as a high performance coach. A leader in employee wellness, Archana specializes in addressing and mitigating employee burnout, helping organizations retain their most valuable talent while fostering healthier workplace cultures.
Since 2020, she has developed and implemented evidence-based coaching programs that have delivered measurable success, including a proven 12-point (25%) reduction in burnout scores among participants. Her approach is informed by her personal journey of overcoming burnout as a high-performer, giving her a unique ability to connect with and empower others.
In addition to her work with Physician Wellness Solutions, Archana serves as an Assistant Professor at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, author, and advocate for employee wellness, earning numerous accolades for her contributions to the field, including the Rising Star Award from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was also honored as one of the 2018 Top 20 Global Women of Excellence by the U.S. Congressman Danny K. Davis in recognition of her achievements as a Chief Wellness Officer.
